CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago, represented by Consul Ma. Theresa M. Alders and Mr. Richard Osea, attended the Circle of Empowered Women (CEW) luncheon/forum on 12 October 2025 at the Allegra Banquets in Schiller Park, Illinois.

Consul Alders in her remarks discussed what the Philippine Consulate General in Chicago can do to help Filipino nationals in distress. Consul Alders also highlighted the three pillars of the Philippine foreign policy and how it informs the work of the Consulate.
