NOTICE OF REGISTRATION TO ALL FILIPINO CITIZENS

Starting 02 Nov 2011 until 31 Oct 2012, Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except during regular and declared holidays in the Philippines and the United States), all qualified Filipino Overseas Absentee Voter's (OAV) applicants from the Midwest may file applications for registration, certification and transfer of registration records with the Philippine Consulate General
