The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago, in celebration of “Buwan ng Wika” or Filipino Language Month, hosted a fun-filled afternoon for forty-two (42) 3rd Grade students of the Bernhard Moos Elementary School on 30 August 2024. The event was held at the school’s Mosaic Room with the assistance and support of the Filipino Chicago Public School (CPS) teachers, led by Mr. Daryll Baculio.

The second installment featured the author of “The Woolgathering Series” and the newly-released “Twice Removed,” Ms. Zee Lacson.

09 August 2024 (Chicago) – An inter-agency delegation comprised of members of the Philippine National Biofuels Board (NBB) conducted numerous site visits across the State of Illinois on 05-08 August 2024 as part of their US Ethanol Study Tour organized by the US Grains Council and the Illinois Corn Marketing Board.
