CONSUL GENERAL MEETS WITH NORTH DAKOTA FIRST LADY AND BISMARCK MANDAN CHAMBER EDC LEADERSHIP
Bismarck, North Dakota – Consul General Melanie Rita B. Diano met with North Dakota First Lady Kjersti Armstrong and Ms. Brenda Nagel, President and CEO of the Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC, in introductory meetings aimed at exploring opportunities for collaboration between North Dakota and the Philippines.
The Consul General was accompanied by Consul Ella Karina Mitra and Mr. Richard Osea. Also participating in the meetings were Mr. Drew Combs, Executive Director of the North Dakota Trade Office, underscoring the state’s commitment to expanding business relationships with the Philippines.
The meetings focused on identifying potential areas for economic cooperation, trade partnerships, and people-to-people links between the Philippines and North Dakota. The parties expressed enthusiasm for building stronger ties that could benefit businesses and communities in both regions.
