CONSULATE GENERAL CONDUCTS FIRST CONSULAR OUTREACH MISSION OF 2026 IN MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO

Bringing its services closer to the Filipino and Filipino-American communities in the US Midwest, the Philippine Consulate General in Chicago conducted a consular outreach mission for the year on 07 February 2026 at the Holy Spirit Parish Annex in Maryland Heights, Missouri. It marked the Consulate’s first outreach mission for the year.

Led by Consul Ella Karina Mitra, the Consulate General’s team rendered a total of 84 services, mainly for passport and dual citizenship, to consular clients residing in Missouri and other nearby states. The event was conducted in partnership with the Filipino American Association of Missouri (FAAMO) headed by Ms. Lea Murray, which assisted the outreach team with promotional and logistical support.

In addition to delivering frontline services, the Consulate also took the opportunity to promote the 2026 VIP Tour. The outreach team discussed the tour itinerary and distributed informational flyers to all applicants to raise awareness of the program.
