1 and 2 May 2026, Chicago - Representatives of the The Philippine Consulate General in Chicago attended the FilAm Baroque Ensemble concerts held at the Rizal Center on 01 May 2026 and First Presbyterian Church of Evanston on 02 May 2026.
The Concerts, led by the FilAm Music Foundation under the leadership of Mr. Vic Asuncion, showcased the talents of Filipino musicians specializing in piano, violin, viola and cellos.
These performances celebrated the Filipino artistry and musical excellence also highlighting the rich cultural heritage through classical and modern music. The project is supported in part by Art Midwest, which receives support in part from the National Endowment for the Arts. [END]
