Effective 12 March 2020, the releasing of
passports will be done by mail only. Personal
pickup of new passports will not be allowed in order to
minimize the risk of COVID-19 infection to the public.
Applicants should ensure that they can monitor or track their
mailing envelopes in order to avoid the loss of their new
passport.
